There it stands at 5,000 meters: a brick wall with 1,000 HP and the words "PENGUINS CAN'T FLY" painted down its side. Everything you've bought, every flight you've flown, has been leading to this. Here's exactly how to knock it down — fast.
The damage formula
Wall damage is simple: impact speed × payload multiplier × 0.6. A base penguin (payload ×1) hitting at 400 speed deals about 240 damage. A maxed Meteor payload (×5.6) at the same speed deals over 1,300 — a one-hit kill. Every point of speed you preserve across those 5,000 meters is damage in the bank.
The wall line
Forget the coin band — the approach to the wall is flown low and flat. Climb to 400–600m early using balloons and short boosts, then level off and hold your speed. Save at least one-third of your fuel for the final 1,000 meters.
The dive technique
This is the move that separates a crack from a kill. In the last 800 meters:
- Tilt down about 30 degrees.
- Open the throttle — burn everything you have left.
- Gravity now adds to your thrust instead of fighting it, stacking speed you could never reach in level flight.
- Flatten out just before impact so your full velocity hits the bricks head-on.
A well-executed dive routinely adds 30–50% to your impact speed — which, multiplied through the payload, can double your damage.
One-Hit Wall Build (Day 12–13): Rocket 5, Fuel 4, Aero 4, Payload 5 (Meteor). Dive at full burn and delete all 1,000 HP in a single glorious impact.
After the first crack
Wall damage is permanent — the HP bar carries over between days. If you cracked it for 350 today, tomorrow you only need 650. Don't respec or hoard money once the wall is bleeding; every dollar goes into speed and payload until the bricks come down and the penguin gets the last word.
